Thanks to its radiant sun, Campania’s cheerful territory is well-known for its typical products. The perfect climate produce here the most delicious and the juiciest tomatoes in the world, used to prepare many local dishes like the world-famous pizza and calzone. The traditional pizza margherita was invented by a legendary pizza maker that created it in honour of Queen Margherita of Savoy, that, with tomato, mozzarella and basil, reminds the Italian flag.
